MK Indy. Originally built with a standard slow lump running about
20BHP, well thats what it felt like. After a week I couldn't stand
it and with very little experience with cars and 3 nights work
the engine was replaced. 2.2 litre Pinto, Ported and Polished
head, 285 fast road cams, twin 45 Webbers, FSe Fuel Pump, Petrol
king Fuel Pressure Regulator. Running 132 BHP at the wheels. |

Known
as Mavis to the team at MAC#1 this was one of their original prototype
projects they built back in 2001. You'd probably call it a founder
member. Spends most of its time going sideways, the roads over
here are very dry and the tarmac is smooth unlike the UK. Amazing
grip as soon as you set off on another scary journey. This car
was built for Ayia Napa and the girls!!! |
